So far so good

"I was diagnosed with moderate OSA with an AHI of 22. I was looking for alternative solutions to CPAP. I first started positional therapy (side sleeping) and felt some improvements. I then briefly considered a MAD but came across the RX1 Recovery mouthpiece during my research and decided to give it a try. I have been wearing the RX1 mouthpiece for over a month now. I also purchased an overnight oxygen monitor. My ODI 3% have improved from about 18 (before RX1) to 9. So I think the combination of side sleeping and the RX1 have gotten me to a point where I am probably okay without using a CPAP. I plan to do another at home sleep study to test this hypothesis in a couple of months. And yeah, I am pleased with the RX1. So far so good!"
