Please expect 1-3 business days of processing time before orders ship. Most items will be delivered via USPS within 3-5 business days, but some restrictions may apply. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US.
Domestic Shipping:
We are delighted to offer shipping services to all 50 states in the United States. Additionally, we proudly ship to U.S. Military APO addresses. For shipments to Military APO addresses, please ensure accurate input of your APO information into the correct designated fields during checkout. Providing an incorrect APO address may result in a shipping delay.
International Shipping:

All related fees for international orders will be presented before paying for your order. Please verify that your international address is entered accurately, as any inaccuracies may lead to extended shipping times and/or delays. Ensure the correctness of your street address and country/state code, placing them in the designated sections.
For international orders, if you select standard shipping, there is an additional shipping partner that we utilize, OpenBorder, Inc., to help get the product to you in the most affordable and efficient way possible. The transit time displayed at check out is in business days from when OpenBorder, Inc. receives and processes the order which can take additional 1-3 business days. Once OpenBorder, Inc. has fulfilled the order, you will get the tracking number.
Lost Order:
In the event that you do not receive an expected order, contact us promptly at customerservice@airwaav.com or call us at 800-894-5340. We can only reship, or refund orders reported as delivered within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have not received your order after its expected delivery date
Address Correction:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If there are any changes or corrections needed for the shipping address, please contact customerservice@airwaav.com within 1 hour of placing the order. If emailing about an address correction, please include “Address Correction” or “Change of Address” in the subject line. If an inaccurate shipping address is provided due to a customer typo or a previously auto-filled address, the customer assumes responsibility for any associated costs if the 1-hour grace period has concluded. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the purchase process. As a best practice, we suggest customers thoroughly review and double-check their address before submitting their order.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, contact customerservice@airwaav.com or call us at 800-894-5340 within 1 hour of placing your order to receive a full refund. Please include the order number, name, and/or email associated with the order in your communication. As a result of our expedited shipping procedures, we cannot assure the cancellation of orders placed more than 1 hour after purchase.
