Christian Harris is a husband, father, athlete, entrepreneur, and coach. Four words Christian lives by every day are, Work Hard, Stay Humble”. Growing up, Christian was an avid baseball player but then switched to Football for his Senior year of high school. Christian decided to pursue collegiate football at CW Post. After school ended, Christian was convinced to try functional fitness.

Since that moment, Christian has had no regrets. Christian has been to the Regionals 5 times and to The Games in 2016 and 2021. He was also a member of the 2019 Games Demo Team. Christian is an owner of a clothing company called MFLH. He is also a co-owner of a gym in Long Island, NY, which is called MFLH Training. As a husband and father of two, Christian Harris has never looked back. 


Why are you so passionate about functional bodybuilding? 

"This is the type of training that will keep you healthy as well as help develop better aesthetics. It is one of my favorite ways to train especially in the off-season."

What are your hobbies or interests outside of fitness?

"I have a passion for creativity, so I am drawn to things like fashion design and music."

What inspires you to do what you do?

"As someone who was active from a very young age, sports and fitness is something that is part of my DNA. The constant pursuit of betterment for myself and others is something that keeps me motivated on a daily basis."

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t be afraid to take a risk. Only good things can happen. You can either get rewarded from the risk that you take or you can learn from the failure.  

What do you enjoy most about training with AIRWAAV?

"Once I got through the stages of figuring it out and getting comfortable with it, I have found that it has helped my breathing tremendously. As someone who clenches their teeth, during lifting it’s nice to be able to bite down on the mouthpiece."
