"My 17yr old son deep in training for h. s. season and summer travel ball with immediatly going to play college baseball really felt like it has helped his breathing during hitting and lifting and lowering his jaw pain as he is a major teeth clencher. Seems to be getting a higher exo average while taking bp too. Only issue was getting used to it in general and the difficulty in trying not to spit while breathing out. Worth buying for sure though. Easy to mold too. Cases coming with, is a bonus in itself as well."
"I was and still am shocked how much less sore I am. DOMS is very minimal if at all since wearing AIRWAAV."
"Great!"
"Fantastic!"
"Because I keep losing them, this is my second Hybrid Pack. Third Performance one. I love both. The first Performance one I had lasted a few years. They say you should replace it after 9 months or so, but mine was fine. It got a bit loose over time, but nothing noticeable. Let me tell you, I am a clencher. I have cracked teeth with how much a clench. I get botox in my jaw and head for TMJ as well. Yet, I still was able to keep it for a couple years. I cleaned mine with a little baby shampoo and warm water. Or a simple rinse under warm-hot water immediately when I’m done. I also use the Recovery one. However, I don't notice a big difference in my recovery with it. I use the Hybrid pack for Crossfit/Oly/HIIT and Jiu-Jitsu. It's not advertised for Jiu-Jitsu, but it's a game changer for me. Why? I can actually breathe easier. It puts my tongue in the proper position ALL the time. I'm not sure what you're waiting for, just buy it!"
"Helps with the biting/grinding on the teeth while I am working out! 10/10 would recommend, but be sure to choose your mouthpieces according to the fit profile you like!"
"It has improved my breathing, I feel stronger, I’m no longer huffing and puffing!!"
"Label the cases. Put Endurance and HIIT on the cases and boom the rating goes up. Other then that still getting little use to wearing them but I like them and think they will be a staple in my training"
"I love both of my Aiirwav’s. They have improved my teeth clenching and my breathing in the gym."

AIRWAAV is backed by over 15 years of peer-reviewed, published research to provide athletes game-changing performance results.
AIRWAAV’S patented bite plate is engineered to align the jaw and ensure full tooth contact during clenching. This specific contact plays a pivotal role in accelerating the body’s neuromuscular response. When an athlete clenches their jaw with AIRWAAV, it triggers a more immediate and powerful muscle engagement throughout the body. This heightened response effectively counters the body’s instinctive restraint on muscle usage, unlocking greater muscular force and power.
The AIRWAAV Performance Mouthpiece is designed to enhance endurance by optimizing breathing efficiency during exercise. When the user gently clenches onto the mouthpiece and positions their tongue downward and forward beneath the front intake bar, a reflex is triggered within the body. This reflex action facilitates the opening of the airway, contributing to a reduction in respiratory rate by up to 20%. The decrease in respiratory rate lowers lactic acid production and perceived exertion, allowing athletes to sustain higher intensity levels for longer periods of time.
Scientifically proven to reduce cortisol levels by up to 50% after exercise, AIRWAAV plays a crucial role in accelerating recovery times for athletes. Cortisol, often referred to as the stress hormone, can impede the body’s healing process. By substantially lowering these levels, AIRWAAV aids in faster muscle recovery, reduces fatigue, and prepares athletes for their next performance more efficiently.
By clenching onto the mouthpiece, there is a reduction in muscle tension, or muscle tone, which plays a pivotal role in improving mobility. This relaxation of muscles is especially beneficial during movements requiring rotation in the neck, shoulders, hips, or trunk. The improved mobility allows for a greater range of motion and fluidity in movements.
AIRWAAV is a lower fitting mouthpiece that sits on your bottom teeth and helps position your jaw and tongue in the optimal position. When AIRWAAV is in, you will experience improved strength, endurance, and mobility benefits – allowing you to perform at your full potential when it matters most.
The AIRWAAV PX1 Performance Mouthpiece is designed with an open bite channel – ideal for athletes who prefer a relaxed fit during use. The PX1 is often preferred for strength training, CrossFit, strongman, baseball & softball, golf, tennis, basketball, and HIIT.
The AIRWAAV PX2 Performance Mouthpiece is designed with a narrow bite channel with form-fitting bars for athletes who prefer a snug fit. The added material under the bite plate absorbs heavier clenching during high stress moments. The PX2 is commonly the preferred option for distance running, cycling, triathlon, track & field, rowing, functional fitness, yoga, and pilates.
1. Begin by placing the AIRWAAV mouthpiece onto your lower teeth. Ensure it sits comfortably and aligns correctly with your dental structure. Next, gently bite down on the mouthpiece. This clenching action is crucial as it positions your jaw in an optimal manner, enhancing the neuromuscular response necessary for the mouthpiece’s effectiveness
2. While maintaining the clench, position your tongue down and forward, resting it underneath the intake bar. The tongue’s placement, combined with its contact with the material inside your molars, prompts the tongue to flex. This flexing action plays a pivotal role in opening your airway more effectively, thereby improving oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) exchange during intense physical activity.
