Refund Policy
Every AIRWAAV® Performance Mouthpiece and AIRWAAV Recovery Mouthpiece is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your mouthpiece, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Each customer is eligible for no more than one (1) replacement of the mouthpiece.
Please note that shipping costs, accessories, cleaners, apparel, and other non-mouthpiece products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

"I’ve been a cpap wearer for 30 years and didn’t know if I could find a mouthpiece that would work but I was surprised from the first night. The mouthpiece didn’t bother me bc I wear a retainer normally. The first night I also taped my mouth and slept very sound. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m still sleeping very soundly. Very surprised! "After a few weeks using the mouthpiece, my wife has noted a significant reduction in my snoring, which is great news! It seems to reposition my tongue enough that it cuts down on a lot of the snoring, but it does still happen from time to time. Careful when you're molding the mouthpiece not to grab the squishy sides with tongs, because it can deform where your teeth sit. Probably would have been better with a slotted spoon, or something that drains. Overall I'm super pleased with my Airwaav."
