Refund Policy
Every AIRWAAV® Performance Mouthpiece and AIRWAAV Recovery Mouthpiece is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your mouthpiece, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Each customer is eligible for no more than one (1) replacement of the mouthpiece.

Please note that shipping costs, accessories, cleaners, apparel, and other non-mouthpiece products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

"I’d been eyeing AIRWAAV for a while and couldn’t decide which mouthpiece to get. . . so I grabbed the ultimate performance system to try them all. Honestly, best decision.
