Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred) 
Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Marketing

Overview: 

AIRWAAV is seeking a high-output, self-starting Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, social content planning, and brand initiatives across performance categories. This person will work cross-functionally with design, customer experience, and athlete partnerships to drive consistent and impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Coordinate and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Support the athlete/ambassador content calendar and outreach
  • Work with ecommerce to optimize messaging on product pages and promotional banners
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all external communications 

Qualifications: 

  • 1–3 years experience in a marketing, brand, or ecommerce-related role
  • Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Experience working with consumer products (wellness, performance, or fitness brands is a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
