"I’ve gone through a ton of mouthguards for jiu jitsu and most of them were either way too bulky and would tear up my gums mid roll. Nothing worse than trying to focus on escaping side control while your mouthguard is digging into your gums like sandpaper. This mouth guard is a game changer. It’s really thin but still protective so it doesnt have much of a presence in my mouth, even when I’m in a deep scramble or defending chokes. The fit is crazy snug, so it doesn’t shift around when I’m breathing hard during long rolls. Speaking of breathing. . this thing lets me take full breaths effortlessly, which is huge for staying relaxed and not gassing out early. Whether I’m working stand-up grips, fighting for an underhook, or trying to maintain my guard after a hard pass attempt, this mouthguard stays locked in without cutting up my mouth. I couldn’t be happier with it. If you train BJJ and hate bulky, uncomfortable mouthguards, this is the one. Highly recommend for grapplers."
