My apnea has dropped by
"My apnea has dropped by 90%. Snoring has lessened, but not as much as the apnea. Results haven't changed since the first night of using the rx1. Its been a few weeks. Happy with the results so far."
Watch what's actually happening in your airway while you sleep, and how the RX1 gently guides your tongue forward to keep it open.
Every part of the RX1 is designed to do one thing: keep your airway open while you sleep, comfortably enough that you'll actually wear it.
It sits low on your bottom teeth and stays out of the way, while the Reflex Technology, intake bar, and support wall work together to guide your tongue forward and hold a custom fit all night.

"I have been struggling with different cpap masks, and do the best with a nasal pillow. Unfortunately I am a mouth breather and the chin strap is uncomfortable, and leaves my hair matted. Using this mouth guard helps guide my tongue creating a seal that keeps my mouth closed all night. It also helps with my teeth grinding."
"I sent an email to customer service about this. There is a bump of plastic in the tongue bar that is wearing my skin off. If not for that I would give it 5 stars. I would like to exchange it. It is very uncomfortable."
"I’m so impressed with this device! I bought it to help with sleep apnea and I’m sleeping better than I ever have. It’s very comfortable and easy to mold to your teeth. I was skeptical that it would help but it really does. I highly recommend!"
"Love it, I had been having troubles sleeping due to snoring and even felt like I would choke at times, but now I sleep great and don’t wake up as often due to feeling like I can’t breathe."
"I've used an upper night guard for 30 years. I'm not waking up with a headache or sore jaw with the Airwaav. That's a plus!"
"The AirWAAV works but not uncommon for me to pull it out of my mouth while sleeping (unconsciously) because it causes my mouth to dry out."
"I was skeptical but read the reviews and thought it sounded good in theory. I also figured I'd only be out $90 if it did not work and could not get my money back. For the first couple of nights, it will feel weird, but after that you will not really notice it. Per my wife, I do not snore anymore when I use it (I am a big time snorer - wake myself up sometimes). I do recommend it!!! As they put out in their literature, it forces your tongue up and forward slightly. Like I said, it will feel a little weird for a couple of nights, but it clearly does the trick for me!!!"
"It does what it says it will do. However, when it says it will shrink in the first 24 hours, that's no joke. It fit very well when I molded it. Now, it's too small. Every time I wear it, I wake up feeling like someone kicked me in the teeth and placed clamps on all my molars. But hey, I'm not snoring, so, there's that."
"If your snoring is keeping your partner up at night this will help but might not eliminate the problem."
Most sleep mouthpieces force your jaw forward all night, which is what causes the soreness people quit over. The RX1 leaves your jaw alone and works with your tongue instead.
The RX1 is the product of more than 15 years of airway and performance research led by Dr. Dena Garner at The Citadel. That work is the foundation the mouthpiece was designed around, so the science behind your sleep is real, published, and peer-reviewed.
No dentist visit, no impression kit to mail in. Heat the RX1, bite to mold it to your teeth, and it's ready the same night. If it's not the difference you hoped for, send it back within 30 nights for a full refund. The only thing you have to lose is another groggy morning.
