INCREASED STRENGTH
By clenching on the mouthpiece, you accelerate neuromuscular response and improve muscle activation throughout the body. This leads to more power and explosiveness during intense lifts and movements. It also helps brace and create pressure under tension, enhancing overall strength and stability.
IMPROVED ENDURANCE
AIRWAAV enhances endurance by optimizing breathing. Clenching the mouthpiece and positioning the tongue forward opens the airway, reducing respiratory rate by up to 20%. This lowers lactic acid and perceived exertion, allowing athletes to sustain high intensity longer. Click to read the study.
FASTER RECOVERY
In a published study, AIRWAAV was shown to reduce cortisol levels post-workout by 50%, significantly improving athlete recovery. This allows you to get back to performing your best day after day. Click to read the study.

STUDY SHOWS AIRWAAV REDUCES RESPIRATORY RATE BY UP TO 20%
In a published study, Dr. Dena Garner found that the AIRWAAV Mouthpiece can reduce respiratory rates by up to 20%, which may be attributed to optimized tongue and mandibular positioning that enhances airway openings. This aligns with broader research demonstrating various physiological improvements from using oral appliances during exercise, including changes in lactate and cortisol levels, and increased power output.
STUDY SHOWS AIRWAAV MOUTHPIECE REDUCES CORTISOL LEVELS DURING INTENSE WORKOUTS
In a study by Dr. Dena Garner, the AIRWAAV Mouthpiece was shown to significantly reduce serum cortisol levels during and after intense resistance exercise, suggesting a lower overall stress response. This aligns with previous findings that mouthpiece use can decrease lactate concentration and enhance performance, possibly by modulating neuroendocrine pathways and improving recovery.
