A recent study conducted at Florida Southern College shows that the AIRWAAV mouthpiece increases bat speed by 5.8% among college baseball and softball players. Study Shows Airwaav Reduces Respiratory Rate By Up To 20%
In a published study, Dr. Dena Garner found that the AIRWAAV Mouthpiece can reduce respiratory rates by up to 20%, which may be attributed to optimized tongue and mandibular positioning that enhances airway openings. This aligns with broader research demonstrating various physiological improvements from using oral appliances during exercise, including changes in lactate and cortisol levels, and increased power output.
