DAYS 1–3: GET COMFORTABLE WITH THE FIT

Clean & Dry First
Start with a clean, dry nose—oil, moisture, or sweat can reduce adhesion. -
Place the Strip Correctly
Peel the backing off and position the strip just above the nostrils, ensuring it covers the bridge of your nose. This gives the flexible, spring-like bands the leverage they need to gently lift the sides of your nose and improve airflow. -

REMOVAL & AFTERCARE

Loosen with Warm Water
Wash your face with warm water for about 10 seconds to help break down the adhesive. Removing the strip in the shower also works great. -
Peel Gently
Slowly lift each side and peel the strip off with care. Don’t rip or tug. -
Moisturize After
To help avoid dryness or irritation, apply a gentle moisturizer to your nose post-removal.
